Teams from several states expected to attend!

The 12th Annual Juventus Northern California Spring College Showcase will be played
on the San Francisco Peninsula.  No games are expected to be played on Friday, March 6th.

The event is open to the boys and girls teams U08-U19.  All affiliations are accepted, including USYSA and US Club Soccer, etc.  Supplemental insurance will be secured for non-US Club teams, if necessary.

U16-U19 play in Showcase format - 4-games guaranteed without Finals/Trophies/Medals.
U13-U15 play in Tournament format - 3-games guaranteed with Championship Final, 3rd place match for divisions of  8 or more teams - see rules; Trophies and Medals to top two teams
U11-U12 play in Juniors 9v9 format - 3 games guaranteed with Final/Consolation games, Trophies and Medals to top two teams in each division
U08-U10 play in Spring Warm-up 7v7 format - 3-game guaranteed with Final/Consolation games, Trophies and Medals to top two teams in each division

Online Check-in Instructions

Login to your GotSoccer account

  • Select the desired event
  • Update your Roster, including guests, in GotSoccer (only players on your GotSoccer roster account will show up on the game cards and be permitted to play)
  • Upload an image of your player passes (1 file)
  • Upload your CYSA or US Club roster (1 file)
    • From Alfinity, Sportengine, USSSA or AYSOetc.
  • Upload the completed, signed Check-in Form/Medical Release certification (1 file)
    • Mark all appropriate boxes and sign) 
    • Where do I find the Check-in Form/Medical Release Certification?  Log into your team's GotSoccer account, navigate to the events list, select the event desired, click the roster tab and in the middle of the screen you'll see a link that says roster under the word "documents".  See image below!  
  • Upload Guest Forms (1 file)
Files should be JPG or PDF format.  All images must be CLEAR and LEGIBLE or they will be rejected.  You can see if we have cleared your documents (green check mark) in your GotSoccer account.  

When you're done, there should be three (or four if you have guests) files.

PLEASE work with the on-line check-in marshals using the Communications module on the Documents tab in your team's GotSoccer account for this event.

Then, on game day, teams will check in at any point up to 30 minutes before their first game at the field where they play it. (Players do not have to be present for the initial team check-in, but all players must check-in before each match.)

The Northern California Spring Showcase is a 'Stay and Play' tournament.

Juventus Sport Club has partnered with RoomRoster for this Tournament to provide hotel bookings.Use this link...

The RoomRoster Event Support System is a convenient online web and mobile application built to help traveling teams select and manage their team hotel for a tournament.

RoomRoster has pre-selected Official Tournament Hotels in order to provide teams with the best options on value, location and amenities. All teams attending the Coppa d'Oro Tournament are required to book their accommodations through the RoomRoster system as a condition of acceptance.

After tournament registration, an account is created for each team in the RoomRoster Event Support System. The Team Rep is emailed their Team Rep account login link to begin the process. When the Team Rep selects the team hotel, a unique Team Member link is created and emailed to the Team Rep to forward to each Team Member who use that link to add themselves to the Team and confirm their room at the Team Hotel.
