Welcome to the 3rd event in the 2021 Juventus Tournament series!
This year's Coppa d' Oro promises to please, once again. Located on the beautiful San Francisco Peninsula in Northern California, our event features:
- Filled with great fun

- OUTSIDE FOOD PERMITTED!

- Trophies and medals for 1st and 2nd place in all divisions
- Coaches with multiple teams will have conflict-free schedules (yes, we guarantee it!)
We are proud of the popularity of our events and are looking forward to your application. Early applications will improve your chances of being accepted; we'll take all the teams we can, but we anticipate selling out.
Open to all levels of play for Girls and Boys U9-U19, and all affiliations - US Club, CYSA, AYSO. High school-aged teams and older are welcome to apply and may be able to participate if there is enough demand.
Game Stickers - 2021 (All teams which advance to a final or third place game should have ONE of these completed stickers to be placed on the final match card at check-in)
Online Check-in Instructions
Login to your GotSoccer account and complete these steps by November 28, 2021
- Select the desired event
- Update your Roster, including guests, in GotSoccer (only players on your GotSoccer roster account will show up on the game cards and be permitted to play)
- Upload an image of your player passes (1 file)
- Upload your CYSA, US Club or other official roster (1 file)
- From Affinity or Kyck/SportsEngine, etc.
- Upload the completed, signed Check-in Form/Medical Release certification (1 file)
- Mark all appropriate boxes and sign
- Where do I find the Check-in Form/Medical Release Certification? Log into your team's GotSoccer account, navigate to the events list, select the event desired, click the roster tab and in the middle of the screen you'll see a link that says roster under the word "documents". See image below!
- Upload Guest Forms (1 file)
Files should be JPG or PDF format. All images must be CLEAR and LEGIBLE or they will be rejected. You can see if we have cleared your documents (green check mark) in your GotSoccer account.
When you're done, there should be three (or four if you have guests) files.
PLEASE work with the on-line check-in marshals using the Communications module on the Documents tab in your team's GotSoccer account for this event.
On game day, teams will check in at any point up to 30 minutes before their first game at the field where they play it. (All players must check-in before each match.)
Medical Release Certification / Check-in Form

Juventus Tournament
series are 'Stay and Play' events. Please follow the links to
RoomRoster in registration. Your team may also be proactively contacted
by RoomRoster.

Juventus Soccer Club has partnered with RoomRoster for our tournaments. The RoomRoster system
allows your team to stay at the hotel of your choice. The only
requirement is that all reservations are made through this tournament
management software.

After tournament registration, an account is
created for each team in the RoomRoster Event Support System. The team rep is
emailed their team rep account login link to begin the hotel booking process.
When the team rep selects the team hotel, a unique team member link is created
and can be emailed to each team member to create their own reservation within
the block.

Late registration fee $100 (on or after 11/9/2021)
Withdrawal penalty: $200 after 11/14/2021or acceptance date, whichever comes first. If a team withdraws after it has been accepted, the complete registration fee will be forfeited.
