Juventus Coppa d'Oro Tournament

Registration for the fourth event in the 2017 Juventus' Tournament series is now open!

This year's Coppa d' Oro will be filled with great fun, reliable all-weather fields and excellent competition.  We strongly encourage you to submit your applications early as we are expecting to sell out.

We at Juventus are proud of the growth and popularity of our events and are eager to review and approve your application.  All matches will be played on the San Francisco Peninsula including the Redwood City area.  All the games will be played on artificial turf fields which are not expected to be impacted by any inclement weather we might face.

TEAMS with COACHES who have MULTIPLE TEAMS: we will ensure your coach has a workable schedule!

The tournament is open to all levels of play for Girls and Boys U8-U19, all teams affiliations - US Club, CYSA, AYSO passes.  High school aged teams and older are welcome to apply and may be able to participate if there is enough demand.

Juventus' 2017 Tournament series are 'Stay and Play' events. Please follow the links to RoomRoster in registration. Your team may also be proactively contacted by RoomRoster.


Juventus Soccer Club  has partnered with RoomRoster for our 2017 tournaments.  The RoomRoster system allows your team to stay at the hotel of your choice.  The only requirement is that all reservations are made through this tournament management software. 

System benefits:

             Current online rates or better

             Team block courtesy hold

             No signing hotel contracts

             Small reservation deposit now; pay balance at check-in

             Tournament App to manage your reservation

After tournament registration, an account is created for each team in the RoomRoster Event Support System. The team rep is emailed their team rep account login link to begin the hotel booking process. When the team rep selects the team hotel, a unique team member link is created and can be emailed to each team member to create their own reservation within the block.

Online Check-in

Login to your GotSoccer account

  • Select the desired event
  • Update your Roster, including guests, in GotSoccer (only players on your GotSoccer roster account will show up on the game cards and be permitted to play)
  • Upload your player passes (1)
  • Upload your CYSA or US Club roster (2)
    • From Affinity or Kyck, etc.
  • Upload the completed, signed Check-in Form/Medical Release certification (mark all appropriate boxes and sign) 
    • Log into your GotSoccer team account, navigate to the events list, select the event desired, click the roster tab and in the middle of the screen you'll see a link that says roster under the word "documents". (3)
  • Upload Guest Forms (4)
Files should be JPG or PDF format.  All images must be CLEAR and LEGIBLE or they will be rejected.  You can see if we have cleared your documents (green check mark) in your GotSoccer account.

When you're done, there should be three (or four if you have guests) files.


Then, on game day, teams will check in at any point up to 30 minutes before their first game at the field where they play it. (Players do not have to be present for the initial team check-in, but all players must check-in before each match.)
