The Tournament of Champions, held on the beautiful San Francisco Peninsula in Northern California, provides great fun, reliable all-weather fields, excellent competition and playing ages and formats for all teams. This event has become quite popular, so we strongly encourage you to submit your applications early as we may not be able to accept all teams.

Juventus Sport Club is proud of the growth and popularity of our events and are eager to review and approve your application. All matches will be played in Redwood City and in the surrounding area. We will play exclusively on all weather turf fields, including our recently renovated state of the art surfaces at Marlin, Sandpiper, Hoover and the beautiful Red Morton Community Center with three lighted fields to take fun into the evening. (We will add natural grass venues if registration volume forces us to do so!) We also GUARANTEE elimination of coaching schedule conflicts for our coaches who bring more than one team. (Coaches should associate their singular GotSoccer Coach account with all their teams, if possible.)

Online Check-in Instructions

Work with the on-line check-in marshals using the communications module in your team's GotSoccer account for this event.

Select the desired event
Update your Roster, including guests, in GotSoccer (only players on your GotSoccer roster account will show up on the game cards and be permitted to play)
Upload your player passes (1)
Upload your CYSA or US Club roster (2)

From Affinity or Kyck, etc.

Upload the completed, signed Check-in Form/Medical Release certification (mark all appropriate boxes and sign)

Log into your GotSoccer team account, navigate to the events list, select the event desired, click the roster tab and in the middle of the screen you'll see a link that says roster under the word "documents". (3)

Upload Guest Forms (4)

Files should be JPG or PDF format. All images must be CLEAR and LEGIBLE or they will be rejected. You can see if we have cleared your documents (green check mark) in your documents list in your GotSoccer account.

When you're done, there should be three (or four if you have guests) files.

Then, on game day, teams will check in at any point up to 30 minutes before their first game at the field where they play it. (Players do not have to be present for the initial team check-in, but all players must check-in before each match.)

Juventus' Tournament series are 'Stay and Play' events. Please follow the links to RoomRoster in registration. Your team may also be proactively contacted by RoomRoster.

RoomRoster is the official accommodations provider for Juventus Sport Club. As the tournament is a Stay and Play event, a final condition of acceptance for travel teams to participate is to book your team accommodations through RoomRoster. After applying to the the tournament, an account will be created in RoomRoster within 1 business day. An email invite will then be sent to the Team Rep to begin the blocking process. This email will include the link to block the number of required rooms at one of our many hotel options for the tournament.

For Team Reps, please do not hesitate to contact the RoomRoster Travel Team Coordinators by email via teamsupport@roomroster.com. These Coordinators will work with your team to find the best options from the available options once your team is in the accommodations system. For general inquiries, the RoomRoster Support Team is available to take our calls at 1-888-723-2064.

Tournament of Champions is open to all levels of play for girls and boys U08-U20 with team affiliations from US Club Soccer, USYSA (CYSA) and AYSO. IMPORTANT DATES...

Application Deadline: June 22, '19

Online Check-in deadline: July 16, '19 (Penalties may be imposed 7/17/19, now ONE DAY EARLIER)

Waiting list application: June 23, '19 through [date TBD] ($100 LATE FEE)

Acceptance notification begin: June 23, 2019

Withdrawal Penalty: $200 beginning June 22, 2019. If a team withdraws after it has been accepted, the whole registration is forfeited

Credentials: Any registration passes are accepted - USYSA, USCS, etc., but they cannot be mixed within a team

Guests - 3 for 7v7, 5 for 9v9 and 7 for 11v11
